Buried in St Andrew's & St James' Cemetery, Orillia, Plot A65/09 (in September 2006 there was no grave marker).

WOOD, Thomas Archibald: With sadness the family announces the passing of Thomas Archibald Wood who passed away at Leacock Care Centre, Orillia on Thursday, March 9th 2006 in his 91st Year. Beloved husband of Bernita Wood (nee Anderson). Much loved father of Margaret and her husband Garry Petitclerc of Orillia. Sadly missed by grandchildren Garry and Dennis Carscadden and great granddaughter Cassandra Carscadden all of Orillia. The family extends their gratitude to the nursing staff of Leacock Care Centre and Tudhope Manor and Dr. Brand for their devotion and care towards Thomas. A private family service will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home, Orillia. Interment St. Andrew's - St James' Cemetery, Orillia. Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Orillia would be appreciated by the family and will be received by the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James Street E., Orillia, ON L3V 1L1.
