A check of the Winnipeg City Directories from 1946 to 1982 showed Harold living at 350 Ferry Road 1946-52; 281 Balmoral Street 1953 to 1955; 473 College Avenue 1956 to 1958; 527-2265 Portage Avenue 1960; 304 Aldine Street 1961 to 1964; 922 Jessie Street 1965; 131 Sherburn Street 1976 to 1982. He worked 1946 as an employee of Johnson Cartage; 1947 as employee of Down Town tIRE; 1948 as employee of Dominion Motors; 1950 as a mechanic; 1951 as a trucj driver; as an attendant and mechanic at Magers Auto Service 1952 to 1956; manager of Roseberry Esso Service Station 1957 to 1958; president of Supertex Service Ltd. 1960 to 1961; mechanic at River Oaks Service 1962 to 1963; mechanic at Portage & Simcoe Service 1963 to 1964; Gateway Paper 1965; driver and salsman Gulf Service and Coffee Shop 1976 to 1978. Harold was listed as Glendenning 1952 to 1965 and as Glendinning 1976 to 1982. In 1965-69 lived in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada; 1970-73 in Britt, Ontario; 1973 in Winnipeg (briefly) and in Dauphin, Manitoba. Harold and Susan moved to WInnipeg in 1974 and moved to Portage La Prairie in March 1983 living on Seneca Street. They owned a farm fuel supply company in WInnipeg and in Portage La Prairie. His funeral was held on 28 May 1986. Cremated. Buried in Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, Section - Garden of Memories Niches, Hope Columbarium, Niche 288.

Suddenly on May 24, 1986 at the Portage La Prairie General Hospital, Mr. Harold Marvin Glendinning, aged 56 years, passed away.
