  Was listed as a resident of Wallace Township, Perth County, Ontario, Canada and a Baptist in his marriage registration. Received his education at Palmerston Public School. He started taking a business course in Listowel, Perth County but never completed it. Albert acquired in 1914, from his father, N1/2 Lot 19 & N1/2 Lot 20, Concession 9, Wallace Township and sold them in 1921. Albert purchased Lot 19 (South part, 15 acres) and Lot 20 (south part, 16 acres), Concession 11, Wallace Township in 1914 and sold them in 1921 to a Robert Patterson. Was a farmer and lived all his life in the Palmerston area of Ontario. Buried in Plot M-13-4, Palmerston Cemetery.
