- aka Keith. Was a Civil Engineer (graduate B.Sc, Civil Engineering from University of Manitoba, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada) and was manager for General Enterprises in Whitehorse, Yukon. Started Pelly Construction Ltd. in 1987, in Whitehorse, a mining contractor (contract mining, road building, earth moving, building contractors). Keith was Chair of Yukon Mining Advisory Committee 1996, Chair of The Yukon Hospital Foundation in 2005. A former director Canadian Chamber of Commerce and was awarded Business Person of the Year by Yukon Chamber of Commerce in 1992. In 1995 was on the Board of Govenor's Yukon College. Was Chair of the Board and Director of Engineering Mining Corp.
