Fondly remembered by Rhonda Russell. Loving grandpa of Tracy, Daniel, Thomas, Kaye, Peter and Erin. Caring great grandpa of Oliver and Dominick. Also survived by his sister Marion Clark, brother Robert and his wife Joyce and sisters-in-law Grace Bridge, Betty Thomas and Shirley Thomas, and brother-in-law Bert Thomas and his wife Alice. Predeceased by one sister Jean Hayes and one brother Ross Bridge, sister-in-law Ruth Williams and brothers-in-law William Clark, Donald Hayes, George Thomas, Evan Thomas and Alfred Williams. To honour Walter's wishes Cremation will take place. Private Family Funeral Service followed by interment in Palmerston Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy donations to Listowel Memorial Hospital or Palmerston United Church would be appreciated by the family.
